blogging's been taken over by twitter and facebook!
i think this cyber trend is slowly disappearing. :( i can't revive a trend but i can revive my own blog :)

anyhoo, life has been routine (a life which involves fulltime work normally is) but still filled with pockets of excitement like my ever changing work schedule that sends me travelling from north east victoria (albury/wodonga/lavington) to south west victoria (as far as geelong). i am tired!!! with a capital T. But I will and must hang in there till next year when i'm finally back in melbourne for good, working in g-town and still getting regional loading hehehe. :) mmmmmm cash. :p just kiddin'.

so what else's been new... excitement has also come in the form of material things (i realise how horrible that sounds, but i plan on milking the benefits of fulltime work hehe). daph and i went late night shopping today and randomly bought a diamond ring each. i think "diamond ring" kinda makes it sound more precious than it really is though. The phrase, "a ring with diamonds", probably describes it a little more appropriately. the rocks aren't in your face. its just 12 really TINY ones on a slim band of white gold.

home in point cook is getting more functional as the days go by. i really hope that i'll be able to fit everything in to my small room and make it look the way i want it to! i have made the risky decision of sacrificing room space for natural light. the larger room has such a small window, i think i'd be depressed if i took that room. hehe

all in all, life is shaping up nicely for our move back to melbourne. i miss dancing like MAD like you wont believe. but it also scares me to go back to it. sucking at it scares me :(
