change is a good thing sometimes. small little tweaks may seem insignificant but actually, is pretty remarkable and can go a long way. Naima (ANTM CYCLE FOUR! :D) said she got a mohawk to help her centre her thoughts. that would have soudned silly to me a few years back. but now i finally get a sense of what that's like.

change is undoubtedly something i fear (graduation, work, own house, own car, bills, family, kids). but it is... a good thing sometimes.

derrick:what's different?
chief:nothing
addison:leave him be
derrick:what happened to your hair?
chief:nothing
derrick:mm

*sloan and bourke walk in*

bourke: what happened to your hair?
addison: leave him be
sloan: you dyed it!!
derrick: but why?
addison whacks derrick with her newspaper and whispers exasperatedly: leave him be! what are you doing?
bourke: ok... but why?
the chief says slowly: men who have grey hair get noticed less than men who... don't
derrick: by who?
chief: well.
bourke:by the ladies?
(sloan laughs, addison stares at him. he suppresses his laugh with a cough. haha i love addison!)
derrick:looks good chief
bourke:very natural
sloan:the ladies'll love it.

*addison pulls all three men to the back of the elevator and gives them a lecture under her breath. i love addison!haha*

to bourke: lives with christina, to derrick: digs the perfect 12 year old,to sloan: manwhore!
his wife left him. after 25 year of marriage.
so if the man wants to dye his hair for the ladies,
