the roadshow's been pretty slack so far!
i've taken on the role of being a promoter. so just sit at the booth and tell pple about the frames and lenses and prices...
i haven't done a single eye test in a few days...

asked emily, my melbourne friend, to come down to make her specs today. and she messaged me just before i cld message her! she was already on her way to thomson.... luckily i told her in time that i was at causeway point. and she actually came all the way down! :) and they let me check her eyes! hehe yay! but the manager was like "not so long arh"... tried to cut down my eye check time...i hope i did a good enough job.

came back home and a postcard in familiar handwriting was sitting on my desk! realised that it was one of the postcards that cheryl wrote to me from lisbon! while she was on her spain holiday. yay!!! that REALLY made my day :) hehe. i guess when u've spent the whole day with unfamiliar (but nice) people, u just want to come home to something familiar.

work's kinda put everything into perspective... i mean, i've always been aware of it, but never THIS aware... its making me treasure the time i have with tiff, cheryl and the tablegang more... the long hours of retail life has left me with seriously no time to spend with my lovelies...i feel really really sad that i only have two precious work-free weeks to spend with them before i leave for melbourne... im really sorry tiff... :( cheryl, i hope i get to visit u again in april. :)

it must be the late hour... im getting all emo... i just really hate this feeling of missing people... and missing them even before i leave is, i dunno, quite hard to stomach.


im starting to really hate clubbing now cos its hardly quality time...
