only two days have passed. but it feels like i've done alot. :)
yesterday, i went down to uni at 11am to promote flare to the first year students, or just to anyone that happened to be in my path. mwahaha. my instructions were to i quote "grab some flyers and promote flare like crazy" so i **tried my best** to not be merciful. hehe. i slacked a bit tho... took a break after one hour of standing in the scorching hot sun (and i really mean scorching hot) and repeating this to just about every single person i approached, "hi! would u be interested in joining dance? our dance club is called flare and we do ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary and just about anything!!! its only 10 dollars a year!!! and i guarantee u it'll be the best 10 dollars u'll ever spend!!! we have rehearsals every tuesday, wednesday and thursday from 6 to 9 pm. u can go to our website to check the full schedule and u can pick and choose whichever style of dance u wanna go for and at what level of difficulty......" lalala talk until no more saliva mannn. but i must say, that one hour was prettyyy well spent hehe cos i gave out about 2 stacks of flyers. :)

went to eat lunch with chris then he went to the library while i went back to promote flare somemore and watch the performance some of the flare peeps put on at the concrete lawn. gave out about 2 more stacks of flyers. and i think i got a tan. yipee! :) went home after that to sleep!!! then had to drag myself out of the house again at five to go to vanessa's place. we were supposed to go for the dental pub crawl but we ended up chit chatting and deciding to go to check out this swing dance place in the city. daph and i borrowed skirts from vanessa and off we went! we were SUPER scared!!! three girls walking alone in the city at night is SO NOT FUN! that swing place was in some super ulu lane also. meh. the place was REALLY cosy and quaint. its not some super happening club but rather more like just a place for people to gather and dance! :) they were really good! and the music was so post war era. :D and they didn't even dress up. they were just dressed in normal dance pants and flats. i felt kinda stupid for dressing up. heh. :p :p we left without dancing cos they were too good!

managed to go for the last part of the dental pub crawl. by the time we went, quite a number of people were red-faced and not walking straight anymore. leo started singing the AC school song outside the pub. haha. a lot of people were even dressed in dental gowns and had surgical masks on. quite funny la. haha.

today, i wanted to go to the flare table again for fun. but decided not to cos i was meeting optom friends so if i went to help out with flare, it would have been super rushed. heard that caleb and chris both joined flare tho!!! yay!!! rehearsals start on monday :) part of me can't wait. the rest of me is kinda lazy haha :p we went to eat lunch at danni's favourite jap restaurant, stonegrill (i love it too!!!) hee then after that we went for karaoke. :) sang many MANY chinese songs... and it was all in fan ti!!! so my brain is kinda tired now from trying to keep up with all the fan ti. but it was still damn fun! wanna go again soon. hehe. we sang till dinner time and now here i am, typing out this entry cos the last two days were definitely worth remembering. :)
