i'm SUPER well taken care of. haha. TOO well taken care of for that matter.

two days ago, caleb cooked dinner for the small group of us which consisted of five medicine students, one dental, one optometrist, ty and himself. he cooked really good spaghetti bolognaise! sauce from scratch somemore! and then he did salmon jamie oliver style and he also grilled veggie in the oven for us... ALSO jamie oliver style (the oven bag trick thingy). hehe. leeyung brought some really great pumpkin dish (i normally hate pumpkin, but this was good), aaron brought really great roast pork!!! its like the kind the chinese restaurant serves la! all crispy and everything. :) rachel and kristie brought grapes (i love grapes!) and daph and i brought our still-yet-to-be-perfected oat, granola and honey pie. :) mmmm eat until kingdom come.

then yesterday, we went over to vanessa's place to bake upside down peach cake which is basically a butter cake with chopped almonds in it topped with caramelised peach slices. it was sooo yum!!! we baked and watched the U2 and hanson concerts at the same time. what better way to spend the afternoon right! i thought the hanson concert was better than the u2 one. but i still can't wait to go for u2! :D :D :D

later, after vanessa finishes her school, we're gonna bake muffins and then we're gonna spread decorative icing on top. hehe. i'm looking forward to playing with the food colouring. :) aesthetics is everything. and then later still, we're going over to vicky's for ba ku teh! haha. i feel so spoilt.

tomorrow they're gonna be making curry puffs but i'm not joining them. gotta go promote flare. but hopefully i'll get some la. hehehe.

i better start cutting down. :D
