i feel like carrie in the carrie-mr.big-natascha triangle.
jsut like her i have a splitting headache. oghh. :( ihatethisihatethissomuch

we discovered that, to quote cheryl, "country clubbing is much more fun than clubbing" and plus its free! :) i still want to go to mambo one more time though!

today we went to seletar county club. we got down one bus stop late!!! and when we got off, it started to rain! so we had to walk to the country club in the rain and hence got super drenched. it was kinda funny cos the bus driver recognised us on his return route and he gave us this "what happened to u guys?" gesture. haha. and this taxi driver stopped for us and asked us if we wanted a ride in but we declined. a few lorry drivers also asked if we needed a ride. haha. we must have looked kinda poor thing huh! big tough army trucks with small tiny L plates on them are funny.:)

when we got to the country club, the security guards laughed at us! and cos we were walking so slowly, he asked us, "why? outside no rain arh?" then he asked us to walk faster but we were like "nevermind la, we're already so wet!" haha was quite amusing.

cheryl and i took our pic in the rain! and its a very nice pic thanks to the vintage looking lamp post. the first thing we did when we got there was to hog hair dryers! it was a super funny sight. try and picture this. three girls in a row all with blasting hair dryers in hand, soaking wet and all in different poses.

by the time we got ourselves dry, we went to swim! hahaha. waste effort. okay, i swam, cheryl tanned and daph knitted. AH MAH! after my swim, we went to play with the water slides and get a massage in the jacuzzi! wah lao, i felt so pampered today!!! :)

had ice kachang after my swim... so yummy!!! and i tried one calamari ring cos it looked so good. felt a little bit of an allergic reaction after that, but i managed to dilute the histamine my mast cells were producing (OOH i'm such a nerd) with 2 glasses of water. it was quite rubbery an dtough to my surprise! i thought it'd be like fish... all soft and what not.

went to bang buttons in the arcade and played mahjong at the mahjong rooms after that. i lost today. :( :( :( :( :(

all in all, it was a super good day!!! we're going again sooooooooooon! :)

okay now back to maple! :)
