i have internet!!!!!!!!! :D woo hoooooooo!!!!!!!!!
and now i need to get ready to meet yijun and cheryl.
need to shop for kimmy's prezzie. she's turning 20 tmr! oh god. so old. hahaha. i laughed at her a little bit over sms. hehehe. so OLD!
ok la i better shuddup. its gonna be my turn soon. oh god.
anyway. was really happy today. my mum called me from aust and she had REALLY good news to tell me. Thank you God!!! :D then she told me to go celebrate with daphne. like go out for a good meal or something. then i was like "but we already had a good meal yesterday at swensens". then she was like "no la. go and have another proper celebratory one." something along those lines. yay! i'm so happy. i love God. i love my parents. its so heng they're back safe and sound in aussie. i want to go back tooooooooo. but being here's good too la. just different i guess. i feel like a total bum here. at least down there i feel useful and busy and ya...stuff. oh! at swensens, i managed to stick a spoon on my nose!!!!!!!!!!!!! cheryl tiff and yj and daph managed too! haha. was so funny. we were soo amused so alot of pple ended up staring at us. then i think yijun and i screamed when my spoon dropped. hahhaa. so we got even more stares. :s
sigh. feel freakin fat now. i'm so super PETRIFIED i tell u. cos i really kinda miss ballet so i really wanna do it next year. or try to at least. haha actually i think i'll end up not doing it. Whenever i think about how skinny the girls who normally do ballet in flare are... i just want to dieeeeeeee. i mean never in a million years can i be that skinny. its crazy. so yeah. i gotta eat less and run more and say bye bye to that celebratory dinner that my mum wants me to treat myself with (i could even hear my dad in the background saying, "no la! what for ask them to gorge themselves for!") i think i shall splurge on SHOES!!!!! :D i took a break for one week (cos i was sick) and so now i feel really gross. so i better start doing something about it again. ladeeda. was good meeting up with bev over xiao long bao. hehe. she's one of the few pple i can complain to my heart's content to about my weight. cos she complains back so u dont feel irritating. :D
anyway, here's a quick look at what i've been up to.
23rd dec: went over to yijun's place. talked A LOT (talking is such fun! :D) and played LOMAX <3 <3 <3 on her ps2. i misss that game!
24th dec: was still at yijun's house. played God of War which is FREAKIN FUN and VIOLENT!!!!!!!!!! but i love it. haha. :) the character's damn power mann.
25th dec: went for a christmas lunch with my grandma and parents after church. ate crystal jade xiao long bao which was so yum!!!
26th dec: went to nicole's xmas party. MORE EATING (goodness me). as usual, the food was super!!!!!!!! we had shepard's pie, ham, potato salad, potato wedges, lamb (all the christmasy things) and the table was set so beautifully. hehe. :) we played bridge and mahjong after dinner. some guy commented that her party was like some tai tai boot camp. hrmph.
27th dec: met christine, clara and eelin for pepper lunch! they went to watch king kong after lunch while i went home. then at night, we met up with christine and family at seletar for dinner!!! ate some dunno how many course chinese dinner. shit man. elijah is still so so so cute at eight years old. :)
28th dec: had a tablegang gathering at bev's place!!!!!!we played the pyramid game!!!!!!!!! attempted to go on some board game search cos she lost all her good boardgames. :( and we ate the cookies which the early birds made. heh heh .:)
29th dec: COMBINED BDAY with dydct!!!!!!!! we had dim sum for lunch then after that we all adjourned to yijun's place to play God of War in hard mode (haha talk about being masochistic) and take pictures of each other opening presents and eat the apple crumble which i baked for them. they said it was good!!!!!!! awwwwwww. u lovely people. :)
30th dec: i can't remember what i did.
31st dec: went to cheryl's place to have dinner (the salad was super yummy!) and play taboo which is so hard in comparison to the pyramid game cos u can't say certain words. went for watch night service after that. counted down in church.
phew okay what a long entry. i shall go now!
