i cannot even begin to describe the feeling.
even now, as i type, my fingers tingle with happiness. the whole memory of a point in my yesterday makes me so ecstatic :D
anyways what happened was that... yesterday, during ISM musical practice, the actual actor and actress danced the tango thing for the whole cast. and it really really looked like it needed to be polished up especially the last dip. daph and i also didn't really have the heart to correct them cos they're already trying so hard so felt quite bad correct them. plus the fact that welcome night is drawing near... all they need now is encouragement methinks.
but then!!! so happened that my friend's bro, one of the actors was in the dance committee of dancesport (another dance group in melb uni). so he stepped in and taught them the fundamentals of what they needed to know and now it looks much much better. so yayness i'm feeling better about it now. :D
also learnt a few tips from him and we did a double dip. and another kinda dip, dunno what its called. anyways. OH MY GOSH. the rush of blood to the head was incredible!!! and the whole feeling of speed was incredible too! like...ZOOOOM down ZOOOOM come up, ZOOOOM down in another direction, ZOOOOM up again. it was a tad bit scary at first but then after awhile, i realised that he's quite strong, so i just let him sweat it out and do all the work. haha. oh mannnnn... i wish i had the words to describe the experience. *gush gush gush* daph tried dips with him too and so did clarabelle. and after awhile, he practically had girls (and guys) queueing up to be dipped/wanting to learn how to dip. it was so fun that he didn't mind catching a later train (And it was already 1130 at night)
the whole happy feeling lasted till morning for me and i think that it might have had the same effect on daph cos halfway through the day she suddenly said "i want to be dipped again!"
so ya. tht's it. that was my spectacular thing i JUST had to blog about.
